Jack is the owner and founder of Richards Risk Management. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration - Healthcare Managment at American Intercontinental University. He is a retired U.S. Secret Service Agent and has also retired from the U. S. Reserves. Jack has performed in the U.S. Civil Service in many roles:
· Correctional Officer;
· Legal Instruments Examiner;
· Contract Oversight Specialist;
· FBI trained Hostage/Crisis Negotiator;
· Special Operations Response Team - Hostage Rescue Team;
· Criminal Investigator; Largest case was $650 Million loss with $450 Million recovered (Nationwide loss was approximately $118 Billion)
· Protection/Security Specialist;
· Firearms Instructor
In the Military, Jack has served in a myriad of roles:
US Army National Guard -
· Infantry;
· Medic;
· Radiographer;
· Explosives Ordinance Disposal (1996 Olympic Bomb Reconstruction Team);
· Firearms Instructor
In the US Army Reserves he served in Special Operations Command with Civil Affairs.
After September 11, 2001, the US Coast Guard recruited him to assist in creating the first Coast Guard Special Operations Team. While in the Coast Guard Reserve he was:
· Tactical Team Leader in a Counter Terror Unit;
· Instructor for Fast Roping to Noncompliant Vessels;
· Maritime Law Enforcement Officer;
· Maritime Law Enforcement Instructor;
· Drug Identification Instructor:
· Authored Standards and Operations Procedures;
· High Rope Suspension Training (HRST) Master Instructor (US Marine Corps);
· Tactical Swimmer;
· Tactical Diver;
· Criminal Investigator;
· VIP Protection Agent.
In his personal time, Jack has spent much time honing his firearms skills. He has maintained his fitness by doing Ironman triathlons and an Ultra Marathon. He has also improved useful skills by taking classes that enhance Red Teaming abilities.
